The STK525 Starter kit provides all the necessary hardware to evaluate the AT90USB646/647/1286/1287 microcontrollers. The kit supports Mass Storage Device (MSD), Human Interface Device (HID), Device Firmware Upgrade (DFU), Communication Device Class (CDC) and Audio Class. Software library and USB demonstration programs are included with updates provided on-line.

The EVK525 Evaluation Kit is an add-on* to STK525 AVR USB Starter Kit. The STK525 offers initial mass storage support based on Atmel’s DataFlash®.
The EVK525 allows Users to evaluate alternative mass storage media with a complete host and device firmware suite. It includes a NAND Flash of 256Mbytes and the possibility to add other Flash circuits. It also has a receptacle for SD/MMC cards. More information available online.
